FEAR NOT

Fear is today’s No.1 killer! Believe it or not, fear causes more sickness and more mental illness and more premature deaths than anything else on Earth!
 
Doctors have discovered that heart muscle is actually destroyed, when people are subject to great fear. Dr. Marilyn Cebelin, says “the hormone, adrenalin, literally destroy’ s heart muscles when people are subjected to intense stress and fear”

Make a choice to relax, exhale and fear not!  God wants fear to protect, not imprison, us.
Fear is part of God's loving provision for us. Properly controlled fear protects us from harm and motivates us toward positive actions.
Uncontrolled fear, however, can lock us into an emotional prison and stunt our personal and spiritual growth.

Jesus said that in the Last Days “men’s hearts would be failing them for FEAR.”—Luke 21:26.
It’s FAITH in Jesus that keeps us from fear. Faith in God is the best cure for fear in the World!
“The LORD is my LIGHT and my SALVATION; WHOM shall I FEAR?
The LORD is the STRENGTH of my life; of WHOM shall I be AFRAID?
God has NOT given us a spirit of FEAR, but of POWER and of LOVE and of a SOUND MIND!
For perfect LOVE casts out ALL fear!”—Psalm 27:1
Faith can causes vision and courage to leak out, even without any resources to face the simplest situations with confidence. Fear can keep us bound and not able to see

Statistics have proven that a vast majority of the things we fear never become a reality. In every situation, whether it involves you directly or not, you are always at least partially responsible for what happens to us what we allow to take control of our emotions. Today make a decision to not allow yourself to be toss around with fear or any other negative emotion that may try to take control of our lives. When negative thoughts come, change it to a positive thought.

God wants so much more for us than to walk through life full of fear, worry and anxiety...
